Booked through bookmygarage.com, got a confirmation email, and a few reminders. Turned up at the garage to be told they do not have my booking, and book my garage.com are not able to book services with them, customers can only book direct, not through third parties. So I had organised lifts/ childcare and planned for the same when it was pick up time, for no reason.

I’ve looked into your booking, and I can confirm that the garage is listed with BookMyGarage. When your booking was made, we sent a booking confirmation email to the garage on 09/02/2026, followed by a booking reminder email on 19/02/2026. In addition to these notifications, every garage listed with us has access to their own garage portal, where they can view and manage all bookings made through our platform. We will be contacting the garage directly to discuss what happened and ensure they are reviewing and managing their bookings correctly to prevent situations like this from occurring again. Good customer service and well informed
After booking via Book My Garage, we heard nothing from Dees. As the date of the service approached we telephoned Dees four times leaving messages for a call back. We had no calls back. We tried a final email to them, again, no response. Without a confirmation of booking we had no choice but to book elsewhere.
