Dees of Croydon Ford

After booking via Book My Garage, we heard nothing from Dees. As the date of the service approached we telephoned Dees four times leaving messages for a call back. We had no calls back. We tried a final email to them, again, no response. Without a confirmation of booking we had no choice but to book elsewhere.

Always used Dees since purchasing my car there. Very reliable and helpful staff, work carried out efficiently with video and reports if any further work needed.

Friendly staff but I will not use Dees again. Very very expensive. Very slow to get back to me when my car needed work done on it. No need for me to go into details on here but I would not recommend Dees. Using Book My Garage was easy to use.
