Customer Reviews
1093 Reviews on GoogleDidnt have any records of my booking, although I received a booking confirmation. The staff were helpful but they were not able to service my car as it was an Audi, although I was booked in. Seems more of a poor communication from bookmygarage than Skoda themselves. Wasted journey, time and money.

We are sorry to hear about your experience, when your booking was made, we sent a booking confirmation email to the garage on 22/08/2026. In addition to these notifications, every garage listed with us has access to their own garage portal, where they can view and manage all bookings made through our platform. We will be contacting the garage directly to discuss what happened and ensure they are reviewing and managing their bookings correctly to prevent situations like this from occurring again.
