I would like to say, I was very happy with the major service carried out. My car now runs much better for the first time in 3 years. The staff are very helpful. I have also taken out a service plan. Thanks again Stephen Laccohee

Expected me. Had all paperwork ready. Very friendly staff. Work completed quickly. Phoned for collection. Again all ready. Have no idea if job done correctly as I'm not an expert. Noticed a warning on paperwork about an item on the car which will need attention very shortly which was not pointed out to me which is a little bit amiss.

Booked in for full service, but told car was ready. While staff were kind and courteous when I collected the car they said sorry they didn't have parts to complete the full service so only completed interim. While they charged me a reduced price they still charged me £10.56p more than the secret service interim service price would have been had I booked that.
