Booked for a full service online through Bookmygarage for Monday 7th April. Received email from Bookmygarage to say that it was booked and that the garage themselves would contact me directly to advise of time to take car there. It’s now Wednesday 9th April and have still not heard anything from them, even though I’ve left multiple messages. Not interested now as I’m too busy for this kind of hassle!

First time I have used this garage. Car booked in online and dropped off at 8:30am for an interim service. Garage called at midday to say the car was ready. Picked up and all good, would recommend this garage, will definitely use again 👍
