Good afternoon Anthony - I was disappointed to see your were unhappy re your recent MOT and Service which included a 'Complimentary Collection and Delivery Service'. Although we give a window of collection for this - we cannot always guarantee a set time and we apologised for the delay in getting to you which was as a result of an MOT running over and heavy traffic coming out of the retail park. Despite collecting the car at 10.30am we returned your car by 4.45 the same day and unfortunately we left the updated service book behind, which i believe Kerry called to confirm that we had it and would drop it to you asap which would be sometime during the following day but no sety time was given.
