Was able to book via website; booked 2-3 months before MOT was due. Dropped car off for morning MOT & full service, and was contacted by SMS by 1pm that car was ready to be collected; no extra work needed to be done. Receptionists friendly and knowledgeable. I've been using City Quay for a few years.
