Booked my car for MOT. Booking was easy, customer service was good, both on line and face to face when dropping car off. Good local garage

Good communication and pleasant counter staff and mechanics. Mentioned slight misfiring on tickover. I was contacted to say rear indicator bulbs needed changing as colour had gone and gave them the go-ahead. When I went to pick up the car the charge for changing the bulbs was much more than I expected and the next day I found that the boot carpet had not been put back in place under the seals which I had to do myself. Was told there was no tickover problem but when pushed said it could be the HT
