Hi James, One of our staff members who doesn’t deal with payments had to step in to take your payment and release the vehicle back to you due to circumstances at the time. Something you were made aware of when you called in and spoke to us, and we arranged for you to collect your refund, which was supplied immediately, and service documentation, which is given upon request. In regards to the “dodging phone calls”, the system shows you were trying to get in touch with us outside of our operating hours. We have made attempts to contact you within our operating hours in regards to the wheel you claimed we had damaged. If you would like to discuss further we are more than happy to have you in for a chat to see how we can move forward positively.
