I took my car in for an MOT having booked through an online portal, I dropped the car first thing in the morning and I was told it would be completed by the end of the day, within a couple of hours I received a text informing the car was ready and passed its test. I was impressed with the efficiency of the service and friendliness of the staff, certainly an excellent customer experience compared some of my previous experiences with a number of the major motor repair franchises.
