Thankyou for taking the time to leave us a review, we truly value all feedback as it helps us continue to improve and deliver the best possible customer service, when booking through the book my garage system it clearly states the cost of the oil flush will be added, we add the oil flush into the vehicle as it acts as a detergent in the sump to remove all old debris before the oil is fully drained, the new oil is then added which is running through your engine is free of any possible contamination. a confirmation of booking email was also sent to the email address registered confirming the date and time to drop the vehicle off along with an additional reminder of the flush costs, hope this helps to fully explain the purpose of oil flushes thankyou again for your review
