I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service received. I'd like to point out a couple of facts in our defence. Your appointment was booked for 0900 and you arrived 40 minutes late without explanation or apology. Saturday MOTs are very busy and book up quickly. We moved others around so that we could accommodate you. Your car failed on brakes and a CV Boot being insecure, when I quoted for the repairs I explained that I quoted for replacement rear brakes and a new CV Boot, as without inspecting the rear brakes it would be difficult to know exactly what was needed. The car returned for a retest and no new parts had been fitted. On re assessment the front brakes now also had a big imbalance as did the rear but because all brakes locked it passed, not to say was it repaired well.
