We appreciate all genuine feedbacks however, you have booked through Book My Garage and when you tried booking through the online system you did not provide any information as to what job needs carried out on your vehicle therefore we had no idea what service we exactly need to provide you with and hence why you were not provided with a price online too. Usually people let us know what service they require and price provided online too so our customers are aware what to expect.However when you came down with the managements instructions our mechanics took time out from our busy garage to still provided you the initial free of charge to check your car over and that service was unable to be performed if management did not approve. We try our best to help our customers making sure they leave our service satisfied. We were only trying to book you in and guide you for the correct service. Management make sure you dont get wrongly charged or wrong service provided we double check.
