Good Morning Emily, We are really sorry to hear that, as we spoke yesterday , we were trasparently and told you ,our advise based on the diagnostic report provided to you, as the booking received from you was for diagnostic inspection. As we can see are not MINOR FAULTS in the report provided( 10 faults was only ( ENGINE DIGITAL MOTOR ELECTRONICS), that means vehicle has issues which the mechanic discussed with over the phone after the diagnostic inspection was completed .We understand your frustation as we can see the cost to be fixed is expensive , but was our advise and only a quote received to make sure the car is safe to be drive back on the road without any other issues, nobody force or insist to complete the work which the mechanic suggested to you.
