Sorry you feel that way, but the service was done properly and unfortunately we couldn't do the mot as the rear door wouldn't open properly which is part of the mot pre-check. We did however give you a health check with work needed to get your car through the mot and give confirmation that we would honour the cheaper rate mot when booked with your service.
