A huge shout out to Matt & Darren at Camperking Newcastle. I was on a trip from Hampshire to Scotland in my CK Monte Carlo and having problems with the bed. Was able to just turn up without booking and within minutes Matt knew what the problem was and immediately fixed it (loose bolt) Darren also suggested putting a hook where the van’s original restraint was to clip on my dog’s 2m lead when on campsite which is so helpful Fantastic customer service & I’d definitely recommend CK Newcastle
