Booked online and then very good communication by phone. Stefan is very polite and collected the car on time. The bill showed the full amount to pay but work done was not itemised as I think slightly overpaid for brake pads. However, overall, very pleased.

I was really happy with the service at BSRC. They were able to identify the problems with my car and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner. I was kept in communication with so I knew the exact things that were being fixed and how my car was doing. They even fixed my key batteries which was extremely nice of them. Trustworthy garage!
