I have investigated this further with the team, and been advised on the following: Your vehicle was initially booked on 12/08 for a pre mot test which failed on a number of items.The repairs were booked in order for the MOT to pass however we experienced issues with the incorrect brake caliper on 5 separate occasions, which is unfortunately out of our hands as this was a supplier issue. We did our utmost best to keep you updated throughout, with regular whatsapp updates from the team. As you can see we have 350 positive reviews online, so please rest assured we are not in the business to mislead our customers and always in all circumstances do the best. We understand that 2 warning lights have come on and we’re more than happy to look into this as you have a 12 month warranty on the work completed.
