Hi Varun. We’re sorry you’re disappointed. To clarify, your vehicle came in for an A/C regas. After the regas, the A/C still didn’t work, and we advised you that the condenser was leaking and the compressor was weak and noisy. A regas does not damage or cause a compressor to fail; it simply allows the system to operate, which can reveal existing faults. You initially took the vehicle away and later asked us to repair it on a Saturday. Although we don’t normally offer Saturday collection and delivery, we collected your car as a goodwill gesture, completed the repairs and returned it the same day. The A/C was working correctly when it left us. We always explain our findings honestly and are disappointed this review doesn’t reflect the service we provided
