Booking process very simple and confirmation was prompt too. Check in was completed online, before appointment. Staff at reception very helpful. Pick up was as arranged. Staff phoned as soon as the car was ready. Video of visual checks done was interesting, had never seen the underside of my vehicle before. Would highly recommend.
