I booked my car in for a full-service & MOT and dropped it off at the alloted time. I received a call mid-afternoon to inform me that my car had failed it's MOT due to emmissions, which meant a new catalytic converter would be required, at a cost of ~4k. My car isn't even worth £4k, so it was essentially written off. They had, however, already done the full service, which I wouldn't have had given the cat status. You just stole £150 from me, simple as that.

Very happy with the standard of my MOT but I really wasn’t happy to drop my car off at 9:30 and only get it back at 4pm. If I book a morning service for something as simple as an MOT I expect it back way sooner than 7 hours later. Unsure as to whether I’ll go back because of this
