This secret service is an absolute bargain it was £50 cheaper than the dealer price but you still get all the dealer treatment. Dont get me wrong as with every dealer you get the phone call offering you other services or add ons. It’s all good as Emma was polite and accepted that I didn’t want anything else except the service. Will definitely use again.

Staff were very kind and helpful. The service and fixes were all done on the same day.

I was generally happy with the overall service from Vauxhall, however one thing to point out is that the description of a "Full Service" when I booked with Book My Garage included an inspection of the wheel bearings. This was not done and when I queried this with Vauxhall they said their service didn't include this. This was a little annoying as this was one of the main reasons I wanted the service done.
