Checking my car in and out was very easy and the reception staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. I was sent a video of the checks made during the service and received a full report afterwards. My car was washed outside and cleaned inside and was returned to me in an immaculate condition. The value for money is very good too

Efficient system for booking my MOT. Car failed but they explained faults and quoted for all the work that needed doing. Cleaning the car before it’s returned is an excellent add on. Only slight complaint is that they didn’t keep to the time it should have been done which was a problem as I had to go and collect someone.

My car was booked in for re-gas for air con Monday 1st July. It was advertised at £89 but was charge well over £100. After completing the amount was reduced. Also was informed aircon belt was snapped, which was not the case when car was taken in. We ask for a new belt to be fitted, for the following day(Tues) when we had not heard anything by 2pm when rang them to be informed wrong belt was ordered. So after three days at the garage and without the car we again had to ring them to ask to collect

The vehicle was booked in for an Aircon service but was found that the A/C wasn’t working due to the Poly-v-belt snapped. We spoke to the customer, he authorised us to fit a new belt which was additional to the ACS. When we fitted the belt the root cause was found that when the aircon compressor clutch was engaged it was throwing the belt off. We wouldn’t have known this until the belt was put on. Subsequently, we told the customer that to prevent further failures of the belt and the A/C to work we would need to replace the compressor. He didn’t want to go ahead with the repair and took the vehicle. I fully understand his frustrations and delays. We just couldn’t foresee any further faults which caused the delays.
