I received 2 email messages (service video & confirming car in for cleaning) the last saying i would be informed when my car was ready to collect. At 16.48 i called to check the situation & spoke to a member of staff who said they would get someone to contact me. Having received no calls i tried again at 5.18pm & was told that I could collect the car as sales staff were present but that the service team finish at 5.30pm. Had to collect car the next day as i wanted to discuss actions reccommended

Have used this garage before, and been pleased. This time around seemed to cost far more than expected, didn't seem to include winter "comfort kit" option I selected, and then told me about an extra possible fault only noticed when car was being prepared for me to collect, and after I had completed "in-store" survey, which made me wary of the standard of the service. Also, paid over £500 and they cannot just replace the clutch pedal cover that had recently slipped off. Terrible.
