Vertu Vauxhall Crewe

My MOT was completed (no fails on it) in a professional manner, with the touchscreen based system for dropping off and collecting of keys (they go in an electrically operated little locker box, similar to so airport car parks), avoiding the usual queue at the counter.

Booked in for 9.30am. Not completed until 4pm. Rang ti check progress and left a message,no call back. Went to the garage to check if completed, staff all on their mobile phones having a joke. Booked a car wash and vacuum but this was not done. Not impressed

Booked through here as it came up cheaper than booking direct. Customer service was just as good though, service completed in good time, had a full visual health check which helped with what work I needed for MOT. Staff were friendly and helpful.
