Booked through here as it came up cheaper than booking direct. Customer service was just as good though, service completed in good time, had a full visual health check which helped with what work I needed for MOT. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The communication was great throughout the day. They gave me the option to select the work that I would like to be carried out and there was no pressure for any extra work to be carried out. The process was smooth from start to end. Would recommend.

Car was booked in for a Major Service and an MOT, with the MOT at a discounted price. I received a phone call asking if I’d booked an MOT because their records were unclear. Then they wanted to know what price I’d been quoted for the MOT. As I was unable to confirm the price at that time I was offered a full priced MOT. I declined. I’ve had enough of businesses that don’t do their jobs properly.
