I needed a mot/service and everywhere I looked it was going to be £300+. With book my garage it was £229. My car failed the mot on the tyres which should cost £120 each but they price matched quikfit on £89each Marcus rang me and explained everything to me in a way I could understand and went through costs with me. He informed me of their payment plan (pay over 5 months) and I was so relieved. I can't thank Marcus enough and BSM for looking after me and helping me Highly recommend. Will return
