Vertu Vauxhall Chesterfield

I found my experience at Vertu mostly very good and the staff are pleasant to deal with and in particular the reception people. The Service and MOT was conducted on a professional level and I received a vehicle health check video in which the mechanic gives a brief account of the work done and the nature of two advisories. In hindsight I feel the brake fluid change as advised was not really needed as my vehicle has only done 18400 miles and increased the price by £65 including Vat. My choice!!

This was a very easy service to use and seemed better than the other garages I've used in the past.

more detailed paperwork on work carried out and wat was done and not done also disappointing as wen booked it said complementary wash and vacuum and obviously didn't receive that option and being the car was there from 11am-5:30pm was definitely disappointed also having paid extra £50 for oil flush and fuel flush and air con fresh i got vehicle back and didn't recognise any difference in smell in the vehicle and was led to believe would smell fresh
