I used this garage for a service. I agreed for some work to be done which meant it had to remain at the garage overnight on the condition it would be finished by 11am due to work commitments. The service book(left on seat) was not completed. As I re-entered the garage I overheard an unhappy customer stating they had been billed for that had not taken place. My radio system inc. sat nav had locked itself out and I had no codes.. staff said they would call me back & they didn’t Very poor
