This is the second time I've used Book My Garage and I will continue to use them in the future. Firstly, the charges were much better than my main dealer and the workmanship was simply excellent. The reception staff were both welcoming and polite. I recommend this site without hesitation.

I booked my seat arona in for a service using book my garage .com at a price of £140, I checked in at the desk and the young lady said because I'v booked through book my garage. com they wouldn't put genuine parts in & wouldn't stamp my service book, They wanted another £40 to put genuine parts in and stamp the service book. After a little discussion we agreed on an extra £26, so from £140 it went to £166 which I paid, I'm happy with the service on my car but NOT happy with the payment increase
