I booked my car for a service and MOT, it took four and a half hours. Then I had to bring it back for a very expensive brake pad replacement. Despite having booked this, and told it would take two hours, it took four and the receptionists kept fobbing me off with “they have started it, another 30-45 minutes” then “another half hour”. How long does it take to change a pair of brake pads? And why did I have to keep chasing them? I felt completely disrespected as a customer. I won’t be returning.

Vehicle health check video could be a nice touch but I could hardly understand what the guy was saying, also went to pick up my keys from the self checkout after paying for mot online and they weren’t actually in there, the woman had to go into the back and get them - would’ve liked some communication about this prior, also not to do with the service specifically but the car park is an absolute shambles

Booked appointment on bookmygarage.com for 13.00, only to be told they were expecting it at 09.00.
