Turned up 15mins early to be told they had just started another MOT so it wouldn’t be started for an hour, I thought if you booked in for 10am it would be started at 10am. When I came to collect the car after the MOT I was charged £49.95, rather than £45.95, when I questioned the price I was told that was the price on the job card, but it wasn’t the price I was quoted. I paid the £49.95 as I wasn’t going to argue over £4 but think about it when I left I should have showed them my email quote!
