Pre appointment communication was good and the option to check in ahead of time was useful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was my car didn't seem to get looked at until the very end of the day, which was a little disappointing having dropped it off first thing and communication throughout the day was somewhat lacking, so it wasn't clear if my car would even be ready the same day.
