Customer service was excellent, no pressure to have unnecessary work done, free drink and car wash and ready on time

I think the video graphic information and the price for fixing is very useful but they do not stcik for the price and the receptionist Joe very rude to speaking with customer and when customer asked why did you bill random number got offended but corrected the bill by saying it is waist of our money to do service to your car.

Booking the car in for 09:30 was easy. Arrived on time, my son was going to wait…he’s told no, it’s going to be here all day! My son had to work which left me to go get the car. At 15:30 I called for an update, couldn’t get through but left a message. About 15 minutes later I get a call from a guy who had no idea I’d called! So rude & arrogant, told the car needs more work, not essential but if approved it’ll go back in the workshop whenever. This car was never a priority due to booking online
