I purchased a full service and MOT. They conducted the MOT first, and it failed due to a faulty wiper, for which they initially requested £75 for two wipers. I disagreed with the price, and they eventually reduced it to £47. Additionally, they did not change the air filter until I contacted bookmygarage equipment via email. I had to return to the garage again to have this issue addressed. Their approach throughout this process was very rude. Finally, they assembled wipers wrongly, I fixed!
