Took 9 hours for service and MOT to be done rang for updates numerous times to be told I’d get a call back - never did and when finally picked my car up was told no message was ever passed on, rude staff who said my car wasn’t even in their garage because they took my reg down wrong, ended up waiting in the garage once my service and MOT was done hours earlier as they hadn’t done any paperwork for it, no updates all day and poor service wouldn’t return or recommend

Didn't get that far only got as far as the 'receptionist' No smile no welcome no hello, after booking in for, what I thought an hours app (booked on line) was told to pick my car up at 5! then told they might not be able to complete the work without checking the entire car (booked for a regas) I did take it somewhere else and they explained what was going to happen, took less then an hr. Won't be going back

They have a web based check in which allows you to drop off the keys without waiting for an assistant to check you in. It worked quite well but I still got a call within minutes asking me to confirm some details. I got a video link of the service checks, and the service book was stamped the same as when I used to book direct with BSM. The only interesting thing was a few remarks made by the service tech about things not covered on the ‘secret service’ schedule. But still a positive experience!
