Took my car for a service and MOT. MOT failed due to a Cut in the tyre (was cut but not a fail) confirmed by a independent tyre specialist. Also failed my car on Rear Coil Springs (which apparently are corroded). Took this to a local independent garage who said that is no way a fail and they are good condition for a long while. Without going to another garage to look they would have charged me over £400 for fixes i did not require. STAY away from Dealerships and go local garages

Most probably Nissan's service distinguishes between direct and a second party booking. from the complimentary car cleaning, one could easily guess. My previous car service which I had arranged directly for my previous car with Northampton Bristol Motors was far more satisfactory. For a major service all was done, car inspection and change of oil plus oil and air filter. This could have been done by a DIY or a road mechanic for far more cheaper.
