Friendly staff. Booked it through bookmygarage.com.. had a problem with booking what I wanted.. would recommend ringing them up direct.. and confirming what needs to be done before going.. Great staff though.. took six hours to do a full service... had to ring them back for the service video as I hadn't recieved 24hours later.. good price...

Car checked in for its service and MOT bang on time with no waiting around. Dominic explained the Nissan service and MOT process clearly. I was given a collection timeslot for later that day and when I returned for the cars collection my paperwork was ready for review. Dominic was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. First time at BSM Bradford, but impressed with the team and customer service.
