Booked my car in for front wheel alignment, received phone call after 2 hours saying they could not do the alignment as my wheel are too big. My wheels are a standard ford kuga size 19” so you’d imagine they would have this ability as they sell fords 🤦🏻 or should they have not known this whilst booking? Also was told I would get complimentary wash and conveniently the jet wash broke! Would not recommend at all.
