Everything else spot on, comms, staff, price but as a customer booking via Book My Garage, the Ford garage used, would not update my service history on onto the Ford app oddly.

Booking was easy. Staff at Vertu Morpeth friendly and very helpful. They identified an expired number plate bulb during MOT. Most garages would have failed MOT. They replaced at no cost, and passed. Excellent all round service and a good saving on costs.

Dropped car off 8.45 Fri., easy check in process. No comms until 2pm, car failed mot and too late to get parts, would be Monday..I agreed.rang at noon, car hadn’t been started,there were other bookings so mine had to wait until there was a free slot! 2pm receptionist rang, bolts had seized, they didn’t have any in so Tues to complete, BUT only if they could squeeze me in! Tues I rang 10.30 to check progress.. not started, 2pm ready to pick up.was told don’t book car in close to when you need it
