after booking and getting a confirmation (which took longer than expected) i phone their service department to ack if i could drop off my car the evening prior to my *.45 appointment. this was agreed and i was told staff would be their till 6pm.on arriving at approx 4.30 i was told that they could now not do the service the following day at all. although the young lady seemed to have a large amount of service sheets in her hand that she was able to do. so waisted time booked time off work etc.

I was very happy with the full service that I was given on my car. It was well worth the money and cheaper than any other garages in my area.

It would be helpful if you can book your car in on line and get a time slot that suits me some people can’t take a whole day of to get there car serviced so an early appointment time get the car back by lunchtime not by close of business
