I was in the waiting area whilst my car was being looked at,on several occasions I was updated on the progress. When my car was returned to me it had been valeted for no charge

Great staff and service. The only issue I had was that I was booked in at 11:30am for an MOT but I didn't get the car back until 4:30pm. They were obviously just running behind.
