First class service at a very reasonable cost.

Overall good experience, although my 9am appt turned out to be a drop-off appt, which they changed to 8:45 and meant it could take until 5pm. Since I had to wait, I asked to get my car in ahead of others who were not waiting. Thankfully, they finished by 1pm. They used their own vehicle checklist instead of the 60-item one from BookMyGarage, so it was difficult to see that they carried out all required checks, but they assured me they did. The staff were helpful and friendly they were informative from the beginning from on the phone booking through to the end.
