I brought my car to this dealership yesterday for a full service and was extremely disappointed with the experience. On both of my previous visits, I received a detailed video update about the condition of my car, along with a complimentary car wash—neither of which were provided this time, without any explanation. What’s even more unacceptable is that I found greasy fingerprints and oil stains on the gear shifter and steering wheel. This shows a clear lack of care and respect for the customer’

Chose because major service was a lot cheaper than official Ford service. Book my Garage major service isn't probably much more than filters, oil and a once over check to be honest, so would be wary of choosing "major" again. Tried to upsell Brake fluid change, but didn't push for it.
