Dealt with Charmaine, very helpful. Didn't specify to wash as I'm a sad git and like to wash it myself, but that's not a complaint and didn't expect to get a video of the health check which was good. Only odd thing was that car was booked in for 10am and all emails said 10am, but on the garage computer they had 9am, maybe it was due to clocks going back and a clash in the 2 different computer systems.
