It wasn't a real booking! Called the garage and nobody had a clue about my booking online and the guy over the phone gave me a much higher price, more than double. Really disappointed!

Mechanic did work not listed (sump plug was damaged and siliconed into place by previous garage and this was kindly replaced) as well as giving me a few pointers of things he noticed whilst working on the car which I would be unaware of otherwise which was helpful. Friendly service, good communication, would recommend.
