Thank you for your feedback. During the service, the engine oil, oil filter, and air filter were replaced. In addition, coolant level and condition were checked and topped up, brake fluid level and condition were checked, and brake pad thickness and tyre condition were inspected as part of the service. All checks were documented and provided to you in line with BookMyGarage guidelines, with the garage stamp. The engine oil was filled to manufacturer specifications. On diesel engines, dipstick readings can vary depending on temperature and oil settling time which I tried to convince you multiple time. your worry about significant engine oil leak and a faulty parking sensor. Unfortunately, these issues are not included within a full service and would need to be booked separately.
