I booked an MOT through this website which stated the garage was available then they rang me the morning of the MOT and told me they had no availability and canceled my appointment

I was booked for Mot on Tuesday 04/03/25 at 10am When I got there the lady at the counter told me they don’t have my booking, i said i have confirmation text and email and I showed them to her with the correct address and everything but she insisted there was no booking. She couldn’t try to solve in any other way apart of telling me she could book it for 2 days later. Very disappointed and I don’t recommend any one to waste their time.
