Had to book an MOT last minute due to another garage cancelling on the morning of the test. They were able to get me in the next morning and completed it before lunch.

Booked a 'full service' with Bicester MOT Ltd. When I collect my car, it had 4 warning lights on. When I asked, I was told that the 'full service' did not include some basic service. When I challenged and showed a receipt, I was showing their A4 page list of what a 'full service' included. Immediately, the manager noticed that the list did include all those service lights that were flashing. He asked me to book another appointment and drop the car. I did, yet, warning lights are still showing.

Fitted me in at late notice and completed the job within an hour of dropping of the car
