I have previously found this garage to be my 1st option for servicing, repairs and MoT. Upon arriving for my pre booked appointment I was told by the centre manager that I did not have an appointment - quite untrue as I was able to provide him with his confirmatory email showing that I did in fact have one! To his credit he somehow squeezed an appointment in for me. A rival garage fitted a quality replacement part within two days - if I had continued with Best I would had been car less……
