Benten is a local, friendly garage with nice people and both times I've used them it's been easy. Text message reminders, clear email booking confirmation. No problems at all. Have only had an MOT, not other servicing, but I'd be confident in trying them for more. The only problem sometimes is the amount of parking available - but that's an issue at lots of garages.
