I been there to confirm my booking for an MOT and the lady from office said she only have have one free slot in that day from 9 to 10.I accepted an I get there 5 min before 9 and leave the car with them and when I ring at 11:30 to ask if is ready a mecanic answer and I been told is not and won't be until later afternoon and if I need the car to came to take it and if I don't like it to speak with his boss.Very rude been when I picked up the car and I heard him lying his boss saying I been late
