I use BCS as my husband always had good service on his car and I am happy with their services. However the automatic booking service needs attention. I booked an MOT and Service with pick up and delivery for 30th December, receiving both a confirmation and later reminder. On the day the car was not collected. When I rang the garage there was no record of my booking and the work had not been put into the work diary. I've rearranged the work by phone and won't trust the booking system again.
