I have used Secret Service before and was very happy with the work carried out and the competitive price. Therefore I had no hesitation in using Baylis again. The booking process was straightforward and I was kept informed of the work's progress. The reception staff were very helpful and efficient. I have just one minor criticism; on the previous occasion there was a complimentary vehicle wash but not this time which was disappointing.
