I booked an MOT for my other half’s car within a weeks notice (and booked it in for a Saturday) due to being let down by another garage the day before she was due to take it in to them. Unfortunately, Book My Garage’s system didn’t pass this booking to the site and as a result when I turned up there was nothing on the system for me. Martin went above and beyond, ensured that the vehicle was still seen to on the day despite limited staffing and hours worked. Brilliant job, thank you.

However, we'd like to clarify that your booking was successfully submitted through BookMyGarage and emailed to the garage immediately on 31/08/26 at 2:51 PM. Our records show that the garage then opened the booking email on 01/09/26 at 1:52 AM. In addition, we sent a reminder on 03/09/26 at 12:43 PM, although this reminder email was not opened. Based on these records, BookMyGarage fulfilled its part of the booking process, and it appears that the information provided to you regarding the booking not being passed to the garage may not have been entirely accurate. We apologise on the garage's behalf for the inconvenience and confusion caused. We're glad that Martin was able to resolve the situation for you on the day, and we hope this experience won't deter you from using BookMyGarage again.
So happy with Baylis for my MOT
The service the garage offers is very good. They made several calls to ensure my appoint ment was met. As the garage is now on the outskirts of Cirencester I used the bus to bring me home and return me to collect the car. I was offered the use of a car but did not think to take my licence with me. Having been shaken vigourously I will take my licence next time.
