I took my car to Baylis Cheltenham at 8am, only to be told that my MOT and Service had been cancelled. I can not understand this as I had booked on line and had a phone call to discuss the service I needed. But the young man behind the desk managed to rebook my service and return my car to me by the 1pm slot I wanted. He also moved my car to a more accessible space when I collected it. I feel the young man was very helpful and I appreciate what he did to resolve the situation.
