I rocked up to Bassatts to get my car serviced and MoT'd. After 10 minutes' of tapping a keyboard, the receptionist couldn't find any record of my booking. I showed her the confirmation email on my phone and the car was grudgingly booked in. Bassatts kept the car for the whole day, despite nothing defective being found, obliging me to drive home in the dark, in appalling weather.
