Hi. Can you please explain at which point we were dishonest with you? Was it when we found your Tyre having cords exposed and poising the danger to yourself and other road users? Otherwise I cannot recall any more problems with your car, apart from the Tyre in question. Do we really deserve the one star rating? Please be honest yourself.
